Ken W. has been in management for over 30 years and has had the opportunity to work for some of the major players in various industries. These include banking, the quick lube industry, RV parts/service and the field of law. He draws upon real world experiences for his stories with the intent of hopefully opening the eyes of management and making life better for the average employee. His philosophy has always been that “people want to do a good job for you, it’s your job as their manager to turn that desire into reality.”
